Roof Certification |
|
A Roof Certification is tyipcally seperate from a home inspection. For the most part, home inspectors won't thoroughly inspect a roof. Their job is to issue a report on possible problems such as the condition of existing roofing materials including flashing around roof pipes, valleys, heating and air units, vents, chimneys, and other vital areas. If the roof is determined to be in good condition by the home inspector, a roofing company will then step in and issue a Roof Certification with an estimate of the remaining life of the roof.
Buskirk Roofing proudly handles all aspects of this process. From the initial inspection to minor repairs and issuing the certification. |
